  • For Other Purposes: We may use your information for other purposes, such as analyzing data, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.

Retention of your personal data

The Association will retain your Personal Information only as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Specific shelf lives :
  • Donor/sponsor data: 6 years from last donation
  • Inactive user account data: 3 years after last activity
  • Browsing data and cookies: 13 months maximum
  • Contributions of published content: until request for withdrawal or deletion of account
  • Volunteers/partners: Length of mission + 3 years

The Association will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except where such data is used to enhance security or improve the functionality of our Service.

Transfer of your personal data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Association's operational offices and at any other location where the parties involved in the processing are located. This means that such information may be transferred to - and maintained on - computers located outside your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

No data is transferred outside the European Union without appropriate safeguards.

You have the right to delete or request that we assist you in deleting the Personal Data we have collected about you.

Children's privacy
